Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy for Painting Party/Session: Cancellation by the Client: a. If you need to cancel your painting party, please notify us as soon as possible. b. Cancellations made at least a week prior to the scheduled event will receive a full refund. c. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled event may result in a partial or full forfeiture of the deposit or payment, depending on the circumstances. Cancellation by the Artist: a. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your painting party due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergency), we will notify you as soon as possible. b. In such cases, we will offer you the option to reschedule the event to a mutually agreed-upon date or provide a full refund of any payments made. Rescheduling: a. If you wish to reschedule your painting party, please contact us at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event. b. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and can be accommodated at the discretion of our scheduling team. Refunds: a. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe and using the original payment method. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. However, please note that our cancellation policy helps us manage our schedule and resources effectively. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines.
